Good content, delivery could improve

I purchased the Dog Health & Nutrition Summit last month. The content was really informative, and the experts definitely knew their stuff. I learned a lot about better food choices for my golden retriever. Accessing the recordings was straightforward once I figured it out, but I did have a small issue with the initial access link. It took a few tries for it to work correctly, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service responded to my email within a day, though, which was good. The price felt fair for the quality of information provided, especially with the early bird discount I got. Overall, a solid educational experience, but the technical delivery had a minor hiccup.

Informative but a bit pricey

I bought the All-Access Pass during a holiday sale. The amount of information available is impressive, covering everything from pet longevity to behavior. I particularly enjoyed the Cat Health Summit recordings; very detailed and gave me new perspectives on my senior cat's care. The digital workbooks were a nice addition for following along. I did find that some of the older summit recordings had slightly lower audio quality, which made it harder to listen to at times. While the pass gives you a ton of content, the full price without a discount feels a little high, so getting it on sale was key for me. Overall, a valuable resource for any pet owner, just keep an eye out for deals.

Easy access, useful info

I got the Puppy Training Summit. It was helpful for my new beagle. Access was quick after purchase. The videos played well. Happy with the information.
